When can I pick up my order?
Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. We will reach-out to schedule a product pick up time within operation hours.
Please note: November 8-20th 2025 in person pickup will be unavailable.
Where is my order?
Orders are packaged in house and directly by our skincare partners. Rarely, you may receive your items in multiple packages.
Tracking information will be made available to you upon shipment.
I don’t know what products to choose for my skin?
We recommend to schedule a skin consultation with Sierra to ensure your products work for you. In personal and virtual appointments are informational and fully credited towards your regimen.
Return Policy
