When can I pick up my order?
Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. We will reach-out to schedule a product pick up time within operation hours.
Please note: November 8-20th 2025 in person pickup will be unavailable.
Where is my order?
Orders are packaged in house and directly by our skincare partners. Rarely, you may receive your items in multiple packages.
Tracking information will be made available to you upon shipment.
I don’t know what products to choose for my skin?
We recommend to schedule a skin consultation with Sierra to ensure your products work for you. In personal and virtual appointments are informational and fully credited towards your regimen.
Return Policy & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lotusandsagebeauty@gmail.com with photos, and we will assist you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

We recommend selecting a skin consultation and a signature ritual as your first appointment.
Both in person and virtual options are available.
